The Story

Life couldn't be better for Speccy. After causing a sensation in the 80's his legacy has weathered the storm and he is now basking in the warm glow of a retro resurgence. 
He has become so popular that a movie is to be made  about his life and his impact on the world. Speccy beams with pride at the title of the upcoming move, and the new 
nickname bestowed upon him -  "The Rubber Keyed Wonder". It definitely gives off superhero vibes.

But Suddenly, a shadowy figure appears. It's the nefarious Evil A.Y. and his sinister sidekick, Sid. They have stolen every musical instrument on Earth and vanished into 
the twisted depths of their eerie 8-Bit dimension. Speccy knows what's at stake. without music this movie-and its moment of glory-will fall flat. It's time to act.

Hurry Speccy! Journey to this nightmarish pixelated lair and bring back all the musical instruments you can find. Help restore a banging soundtrack to your upcoming epic, 
or at the very least get game-players humming along to "In the Hall of the Mountain" like it's 1983 again.


Cheat Mode Option

( If you need a helping hand and are are more of an casual gamer Pressing the 'C' key on the loading screen will enable Cheat Mode giving you Unlimited Lives )


Hints and Tips

Barriers blocking exits can be passed once all the buttons have been switched OFF but watch out for those pesky nasty's as they can switch them back ON again! 

Respawning nasty's can be destroyed temporarily so make sure you keep shooting them with your rainbow coloured lasers.

Some nasty's (Snare Drums) can be triggered when passing underneath then causing them to fall down upon you.

If you run out of Lives you will have the option to (Continue) and start again and without losing any of your instruments previously collected!!

Throughout the world there will be plenty of Headphones scattered about giving you a much needed opportunity to recharge your power-bar, use these wisely to help keep 
'Speccy' powered to the max.

Once all the musical objects have been collected a helpful  'Warning Sign'  will Flash asking you to head back to the exit where the cinema is waiting to start the movie, 
but be carful on your way back as continues wont be an option any longer!
